Justin Bieber haunted by flight-phobia


Teen pop star Justin Bieber reportedly suffers from anxiety attacks while boarding a plane.

The 18-year-old singer frequently jets around the world for performances and he admitted flying scares him as he has no control over what happens in the air, reported Contactmusic.

"As it takes off with a weird noise, I get anxiety, my heart drops and starts beating really fast as if it`s going to explode. I feel like every time I get on a plane I`m risking my life," Bieber said.

FIR on 'derogatory' comments against Mahatma Gandhi


A man was booked for allegedly posting derogatory comments on Mahatma Gandhi on social networking site Facebook.

The FIR was lodged against Datar Singh Rathore hailing from Merta city in Nagaur district, who is currently staying in Gandhi Dham of Gujarat, by a local resident

Vinayak Sharma last night, police said.
In the FIR lodged with Shipra Path police station here, Sharma alleged that he had posted a photo of Mahatma Gandhi on October 2 and Rathore made derogatory and objectionable comments on it.

The case was registered under section 153 (B) (Assertions prejudicial to national-integration), 504 (Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace) of IPC and 66A (sending offensive and false messages) of IT act, they said, adding, that the matter is under investigation.

The potential move is seen as a way of further improving the site's user experience and of making Twitter's services even more appealing to advertisers as well as taking more control of how its content is used. For instance, the social media site recently moved photo hosting in-house.

Hosting video on Twitter is becoming more popular but, as All Things D highlights, the majority of video shared on Twitter is still via a link from a video sharing site such as YouTube and so far it is not clear if this activity would be halted or blocked as a result of of a new video hosting service.
